With many years experience in people and performance management and as HR & Training practitioners, we have significant expertise in all generalist HR matters as well as in the delivery of business related training and coaching. The range of businesses we’ve worked with include engineering, manufacturing, digital media, renewable energy, printing, recruitment, education, retail, construction, driving schools, commercial plant nurseries, housing associations, charities – it’s a big and varied list. Nicky Cooksley started the business in 2005, incorporating it in 2012 and originally traded under the name of HR & Training Doctor Ltd. The Company was given a brand makeover in early 2016 and the name changed to Rely Ltd. The Company also trades under the names of Rely HR and Rely Training. Nicky’s husband Jonathan is a Director of the Company.
